| Description: | Location: Old Orchard Beach, Maine Proceeds benefit "Send a Kid to Camp" through Old Orchard Beach Recreational Department and a donation will be made to the Boys and Girls Club Alumni Association Scholarship. TUNE UP FOR THE MID-WINTER 10-MILE CLASSIC. A decision to postpone to January 22nd due to snow will be made by 6AM January 15th.First 200 registrants receive a t-shirt. Sizes can be guaranteed through Friday January 6, 2012. Packet Pickup and Pre-Race Dinner Saturday night January 14th 5:30-9PM at Jimmy the Greeks. Additional Information : Think Old Orchard Beach is dead after Columbus Weekend? Think again. Run a race at the warmest point on a winter day. All registrants may partake in a FREE PIZZA BUFFET and beverage specials immediately following the race. Family members may join you for $5 each. Directions: From North: Take I-95 Southbound and take exit 36 Saco/Old Orchard/ I-195. Go to the end of 195 and bear left at the 7-Eleven and take an immediate right onto Saco Avenue, Jimmy the Greeks on your right. From South: Take I-95 Northbound to exit 36 Saco/Old Orchard/I-195. Follow 195 to the end, bear right at the 7-Eleven and turn immediately right onto Saco Avenue, Jimmy the Greeks on your right. | ||
